Fall Races

Ah, Fall in Maine....breathe it in! Such a beautiful time to be outside and active. Many are in the midst of enjoying the plethora of seasonal races here in Maine and beyond. Lots of Marathons, half marathons, trail runs. For me, this weather is truly energizing and I crave getting out there to play! While I'd recommend more frequent massage during this active time, also know that hitting the foam roller on a daily basis could be your best self-care tool in-between sessions. Simply 10-20 minutes targeting the "usual suspects" before activity will make a big difference in your workout. Let's discuss a good routine at your next session!
